Lead, this can be a person or organization which has the potential to do business with. A Lead can be contacted from any Organisation or it can be an Individual Person. Here they add Name of the Lead which can be a Business name or Individual name. Next, they add their contact name if it’s an Organisation and their contact details. Next, their Source of Lead and Lead status will be Updated. We go through that lead and taking all these details, scenarios and effects into consideration we may qualify that lead and convert it into account. If the business continues we will keep that account if not we will close that account after completing the project.
